The work of erecting the garter on the foot overbridge near Punaichak on Atal Path of the capital Patna has been completed. The highway going from Digha to R block has been made operational since yesterday. Due to the construction of foot over bridge, this lane was completely closed. For a month, vehicles were coming from Bailey Road towards R Block via Service Road. If government officials are to be believed, then by the end of this month, the fourth and last foot over bridge of Atal Path will be started.
With the commissioning of this over bridge, there has been a lot of convenience for the people walking from Punaichak to Boring Road. Let us tell you that the preparation of making a 4-foot overbridge was for the people walking on the Atal Path. In this, the construction of foot over bridge near Mahesh Nagar, Rajiv Nagar and MLA flat has been completed.
Flyovers have been constructed at six places of Atal Path. These include FCI dedicated located at Shivpuri, Rajiv Nagar, Bailey Road, Ashok Rajpath, FCI, Digha Bazar. At present, due to the vegetable market in Shivpuri and Rajiv Nagar, jam situation arises in the evening.
Let us inform that from June 25, CNG buses will operate for Hajipur via JP Setu via Atal Path. According to the Transport Department, 70 more new CNG buses are coming by June 15. After the arrival of these buses, testing is to be done from Gandhi Maidan in Patna to Hajipur and Sonpur via Dak Bungalow, R Block, Atal Path, Patna Junction, Ganga Path, JP Setu Marg. After this 4 CNG buses will be run. It is known that at present, government buses ply towards North Bihar via Gandhi Setu.
The stoppage of buses operating from Atal Path towards Hajipur has been fixed. These CNG buses will stop at Mohanpur, R Block, Mahesh Nagar, Rajiv Nagar, Sump House and Digha. The 15th route of the city bus will be from Gandhi Maidan to Hajipur station via Atal Path and JP Setu. At present city bus service is running on 14 routes in the city.
